About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead internal audit activities, ensure compliance, and safeguard assets. The role requires a Certified Public Accountant with at least three years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Review and assess the adequacy of accounting, financial, and operational controls.
- Verify compliance with policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Validate the reliability of financial and operational data used in decision‑making.
- Identify and evaluate risk exposures to protect company assets.
- Recommend and assist in developing policies, procedures, and systems to strengthen internal controls.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by senior leadership.
Required profile
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
- Minimum three years of audit or related experience.
- Additional training such as Certified Internal Auditor or BIR Taxation is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office) applications.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
