Assurance Staff – Audit Professional

About the role

GR8 Global is seeking an Assurance Staff member to support audit engagements for small‑ to medium‑sized companies. You will work under senior supervision, applying audit standards and contributing to high‑quality financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in performing audits of client financial statements under senior guidance.
• Prepare and document audit workpapers, including tests and findings.
• Research current audit legislation to ensure compliance with US regulations.
• Collect, assimilate, and analyze client data using standard tools.
• Identify technical issues in projects and propose mitigation suggestions.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• At least one busy season of audit experience in a senior role or currently holding a senior position.
• Experience handling 15–18 engagements for small‑ to medium‑sized firms.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
