Associate Director Cyber Security

About the role

The Associate Director Cyber Security will lead the delivery assurance of the Technology GRC portfolio based in Manila. This senior position oversees risk management, quality escalation, and the development of delivery teams to ensure client‑ready outputs across governance, design, build, and run phases.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery assurance for the Technology GRC portfolio, managing review discipline, risk, and quality escalations.
• Lead and develop Technology GRC delivery managers and senior practitioners, setting standards and expectations.
• Define and maintain modular work packages that can be combined to meet client needs.
• Partner with the Global Technology GRC Lead to evolve playbooks, templates, and reusable intellectual property.
• Coordinate with other Manila pillar leads to deliver integrated outcomes across governance, design, build, and run.
• Support pursuit shaping by providing delivery input on scope, approach, risks, and resourcing.
• Oversee technology governance, risk, and compliance activities including standards review, control framework management, third‑party risk, business continuity, and regulatory assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cyber Security, Risk, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10‑14 years of experience in Technology Risk, Cyber GRC, IT risk, or assurance roles with delivery leadership responsibility.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor are preferred.
