Associate Accounting Analyst

About the role

Chevron Philippines is seeking an Associate Accounting Analyst to join its finance team in Makati City. The role focuses on timely processing of invoices, credit memos, and vendor account adjustments while supporting continuous improvement of accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices and payment requests within prescribed cut‑off times.
• Enter invoices and credit memos in SAP/JDE accurately.
• Resolve invoicing issues by coordinating with business units and suppliers.
• Respond to inquiries and perform account reconciliation traces promptly.
• Adjust vendor accounts based on approved thresholds.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Perform other administrative and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on teamwork and customer engagement.
• Ability to work proactively in a results‑oriented, customer‑focused environment.
• Comfortable working with diverse cultural backgrounds and mid‑shift schedules.
