Assistant Training & Quality Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

The Amanpulo resort is seeking an Assistant Training & Quality Manager to support a culture of continuous learning and service excellence. You will work closely with the HR team to identify training needs, design learning programs, and evaluate their impact across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver employee orientation and ongoing training programs.
• Conduct needs analysis, design curricula, facilitate sessions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Coordinate training schedules with department heads and manage training documentation.
• Maintain the training library and source relevant learning materials.
• Oversee cross‑training, external seminars, and industry visits.
• Manage internal communication tools such as the company newsletter and employee recognition system.
• Support community outreach and employee engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in hospitality, preferably luxury hotels or resorts.
• Background in Learning & Development, training facilitation, quality assurance or service excellence.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
