Assistant Marketing and Communications Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing and Communications Manager will work full‑time on‑site at Four Points by Sheraton Palawan in Puerto Princesa. The position supports the hotel’s brand visibility by developing and executing marketing communication strategies across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and publish content that promotes the hotel’s brand, services and special offers.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives such as occupancy and revenue.
• Draft press releases, media kits and other communication materials.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touch points.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives.
• Track project timelines, monitor performance metrics and evaluate campaign results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing communication strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
• Strong organizational skills for managing timelines and multiple projects.
• Focus on driving occupancy, revenue and guest engagement through targeted communications.
