Assistant Construction Management Manager

About the role

The Assistant Construction Management Manager leads the Turnover Assistance Team (TOAST) to ensure residential units achieve Full Acceptance status. This role oversees project close‑out documentation, coordinates with external construction teams, and drives timely unit turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead TOAST to meet a target of four Full Acceptance units per workday.
• Supervise the review, consolidation, and submission of close‑out documents to GPMC and Head Office.
• Conduct site walk‑throughs and inspections to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Implement health, safety, and environmental programs in compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate with external construction management teams, contractors, and project staff.
• Prepare status reports on residential units and project progress for management.
• Address turnover and CRM issues raised by SAP/CRM coordinators.
• Perform additional leadership duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field from a reputable institution.
• Valid PRC license or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of construction management experience on vertical and horizontal developments, including supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational abilities.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills with a drive for results and accountability.
