About the role

Join McDonald’s Philippines as an Assistant Brand Manager and support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for key product categories. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages growth, inclusivity, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies for assigned product categories.
• Plan, launch, and monitor digital campaigns, product offers, and platform activities to drive engagement, sales, and profitability.
• Analyze campaign performance, sales data, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to execute campaigns, including content development and launch plans across digital platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably with digital or e‑commerce exposure.
• Strong project‑management and communication abilities.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Interest or experience in digital content and creative development is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
