Assistant Bar Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join South Palms Resort and Spa Panglao-MGallery as an Assistant Bar Manager, supporting the daily operations of a premium resort bar. You will help deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the high standards of the Accor brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and compliance with brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the bar team to achieve high performance.
• Maintain beverage quality, inventory control, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage department to meet financial and service targets.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and adherence to health & safety regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role within a bar or hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, mixology, wines, spirits and responsible alcohol service.
