About the role

The Area Sales Manager will drive sales growth and meet revenue targets across multiple channels in the CARAGA region. This position focuses on building strong relationships with partner dealers, developers, batching plants and other key stakeholders while delivering market‑driven sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

Achieve revenue targets through diverse sales channels.
Establish and nurture relationships with partner dealers, developers, batching plants, and other customers.
Gather market intelligence to identify opportunities and threats.
Develop and execute demand‑creation programs and sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs.

Required profile

College graduate in Business, Sales or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials.
Strong customer orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective decision‑making capability.
Willingness to be assigned to the CARAGA region.
