Area Development Manager – Visayas Region

About the role

The Area Development Manager for the Visayas region will lead sales growth and market presence for Rebisco’s biscuit and snack portfolio. Reporting to senior commercial leadership, you will be the company’s representative across multiple provinces, driving distributor performance and building strong trade relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and volume growth targets for the assigned Visayas territories.
• Develop and implement strategies, programs and plans to expand distribution and improve in‑store presence.
• Coach and build the capability of distributor teams, ensuring effective execution of trade initiatives.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate terms, and monitor performance metrics.
• Analyze sales data, market trends and financial results to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on channel marketing, planning and financial management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in sales, preferably within FMCG or general trade.
• Experience in account management and distributor oversight is an advantage.
• Willingness to be based in any of the Visayas provinces (Capiz, Kalibo, Roxas City, Samar, Leyte, Central/North/South Cebu).
