Area Development Manager – Mindanao

About the role

Rebisco is seeking an Area Development Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen market presence in Mindanao, covering Cagayan de Oro and Butuan. You will act as the company’s representative, building relationships with distributors, trade partners, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and volume growth targets for the assigned area.
• Manage in‑store presence, operations, productivity, and service standards.
• Develop and implement strategies, programs, and plans to expand business with distribution partners and trade segments.
• Build management capability of distributors and act as the official company representative.
• Foster goodwill with trade partners and customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of management experience in sales, preferably within FMCG or general trade.
• Experience in account management is a plus.
• Advanced skills in conceptual selling and strong knowledge of distributor and key‑account management.
• Proficiency in negotiation, execution, sales management, data analysis, channel marketing, planning, and financial management.
• Willingness to work in Cagayan de Oro or Butuan.
