Architectural Designer & Documenter – Revit Specialist

About the role

Jackson Teece is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer/Documenter to support active New South Wales projects. The focus is on technical documentation and delivery across design development, tender, construction certificate and construction phases, rather than concept design.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and coordinate detailed architectural documentation throughout all project phases.
• Produce high‑quality working drawings, specifications, schedules and documentation packages using Revit.
• Ensure all documentation complies with the NCC, Australian Standards, SEPPs, LEPs and relevant NSW planning regulations.
• Coordinate documentation with consultants and internal teams to maintain consistency and technical accuracy.
• Review and maintain documentation quality, resolving design coordination and technical issues.
• Support construction‑stage documentation, RFIs, revisions and project updates.
• Manage multiple deliverables while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.

Required profile

• Qualified architect with extensive NSW multi‑residential experience.
• Strong background in technical delivery and documentation rather than concept design.
• Experience in seniors living or residential aged‑care projects is highly valuable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• In‑depth knowledge of Australian building regulations, NCC and NSW planning controls.
• Ability to produce coordinated architectural documentation packages.
