Architect / Revit Modeler

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect/Revit Modeler to join our work‑share team supporting our UAE office. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work from either Makati, Quezon City or Cebu City while collaborating with our Architecture & Design Group.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers and designers to produce detailed construction documents and drawings that meet project briefs and specifications.
• Prepare and develop drawings, 3D models, specifications, reports and other design documentation.
• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of technical documentation and Revit model development.
• Perform Revit clash detection, multidisciplinary checks and quality assurance of models and drawings.
• Oversee and quality‑check production of design and technical documentation.
• Mentor and upskill the design team on technical delivery and model development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural and Revit experience.
• High proficiency in Revit; rendering in Revit is a plus.
• Strong background in architectural detailing and familiarity with joinery, finishes and interior design documentation.
• Ability to work independently, review own work and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of regenerative design tools (Dynamo, Grasshopper) and ESD concepts with Revit plugins (e.g., Insight) is advantageous.
• Available to work from 12:00 NN to 21:00 PM.
