Architect – Restaurant Design

About the role

We are looking for a licensed Architect to join our team in Manila and lead the design of restaurant spaces. The role involves translating concepts into detailed construction documents while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed drawings for restaurant projects from schematic design through construction documents.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and interior designers, to integrate building systems and construction techniques.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a valid Professional License.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food or restaurant industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
