Architect – Multi-Residential Projects (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to support our Australia‑based design and engineering team on luxury and affordable residential apartment projects. The role is based onsite at BGC, Taguig and offers a 6–12‑month contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architectural and design support to the Australia‑based team.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation.
• Assist in design development, detailing, and coordination throughout project stages.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Review and revise drawings based on project requirements and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure documentation complies with Australian standards, project specifications, and company requirements.
• Support timely and accurate delivery of residential development projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (licensed architect preferred).
• 5–10 years of architectural experience, preferably in multi‑residential developments of 50+ units and 8+ storeys with basements.
• Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Australian project experience is an advantage but not required.
