Architect – Full-time, Metro Manila

About the role

Archetype Group is looking for a talented Architect to join its Metro Manila office on a full-time basis. The role involves creating architectural concepts and delivering design solutions for a diverse portfolio of projects, from initial idea through to construction completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce architectural design concepts and detailed plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and construction managers, to ensure design integration.
• Verify that all designs comply with local building codes and standards.
• Monitor project timelines and coordinate with project managers to keep work on schedule.
• Oversee the progress of design work throughout all project phases, ensuring client expectations are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management, demonstrated through a portfolio of completed projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
