Architect – Design & Project Coordination

About the role
We are looking for a licensed Architect to support our design team in plan review, project monitoring and coordination. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and occasional site visits to ensure design quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist GT Design in reviewing architectural plans and monitoring project progress.
- Perform test‑fit studies and prepare area tabulations.
- Attend design and construction meetings and respond to RFA/RFI when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as GT Design Management, PD, and RCI Engineering.
- Conduct periodic site visits to verify design implementation.
Required profile
- PRC‑licensed graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an architectural design firm, preferably in horizontal housing development.
- Willingness to work onsite in BGC or Pasay.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Proficiency in Lumion and other 3D rendering software.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
