Architect – Design & Project Coordination

About the role

The firm is seeking a licensed Architect to support Gt Design in plan review, project monitoring and design coordination. The role involves test‑fit studies, area tabulation, and participation in design and construction meetings for residential housing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Gt Design with plan reviews and monitor progress of assigned projects.
• Conduct test‑fit analyses and prepare area tabulations.
• Attend design and construction meetings and respond to RFA/RFI where applicable.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including design management, project development and engineering teams.
• Perform periodic site visits as required.

Required profile

• PRC‑licensed graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable school.
• Minimum three years of experience in an architectural design firm, preferably in horizontal housing development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in BGC or Pasay, Philippines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Lumion and other 3D rendering software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
