Architect – Design & Build

About the role

LeedHaus Inc., a growing design‑and‑build firm, is seeking an Architect to join its team in Pasig City. The role involves both design development and technical execution across a variety of project types.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from design development through construction documentation.
• Prepare drawings, details, schedules and construction documents.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEPFS and other consultants.
• Incorporate design revisions while preserving design intent.
• Participate in project meetings and consultant coordination.
• Resolve technical and construction‑related drawing issues.
• Conduct site visits to support project implementation.
• Maintain organized project files and drawing revisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 1–3 years of experience in an architectural or design‑build firm (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Revit experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of the National Building Code and standard construction practices is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities; detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
