Appointment Setter & Cold Caller

About the role
This is a full‑time remote position focused on generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for US‑based clients. The successful candidate will work evenings and weekends aligned with EST hours, handling outbound calls from the Philippines.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective customers across various industries.
- Identify and qualify leads, then schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume, appointments set, and lead quality.
Required profile
- Based in Manila, Cebu, Cavite or Davao with a reliable power supply.
- Available to work evenings and weekends (US EST).
- Minimum 5 years experience as an appointment setter or cold caller.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
