About the role
We are seeking an Applications and Reporting Lead (Grade VI) to join our team at Mayo University Hospital. The role will oversee the collection, management and analysis of data, ensuring the production of high‑quality reports that support decision‑making across the HSE West and North West region.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, manage and analyse data from multiple sources to produce accurate and timely reports.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation and reporting templates.
- Prioritise competing tasks and meet strict deadlines while ensuring data integrity.
- Interpret information to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to align reporting requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in data collection, management and analysis within a healthcare or public sector environment.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent analytical thinking and decision‑making skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork with a range of stakeholders.
