Application Support Analyst (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

As an Application Support Analyst at Paysend you will ensure the reliability of our global payment platforms, handling real‑time transaction data and supporting both B2C and Enterprise product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, track and manage end‑to‑end payment transaction flows using Oracle SQL, Postman and OpenSearch.
• Maintain business‑critical payment services, monitor SLA windows and system health with Grafana.
• Lead incident response, root‑cause investigations and coordinate cross‑functional resolution.
• Resolve stuck or flagged transactions and communicate with partners and banks to fix processing issues.
• Handle SAR & PDP reconciliation, manage service releases and verify post‑release performance.

Required profile

• Problem‑solving mindset with ability to investigate novel issues independently.
• Experience managing concurrent, time‑sensitive incidents under strict SLA windows.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Oracle SQL for data querying.
• Postman for API testing and debugging.
• OpenSearch for log and transaction analysis.
• Grafana for monitoring and performance visualization.
• Basic Linux, network or cloud administration.
• Fundamental programming knowledge to read code or run scripts.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira and Confluence.
