Application Developer - Workflow and Process Automation

About the role

We are looking for an Application Developer specialized in workflow and process automation to join our IT team at BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City. You will design, implement and maintain business process solutions that integrate with our core systems such as SAP and SharePoint.

Key responsibilities

• Implement business processes using a workflow management system.
• Develop ergonomic user interfaces and integrate them with SAP, MS SharePoint and other core applications.
• Maintain and continuously improve existing workflows.
• Analyse departmental requirements, document them and provide training to internal users.
• Administer applications, servers and provide user support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant experience with Business Process Management / workflow tools.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Core Java programming.
• Web technologies: PrimeFaces, JSF, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with BPM tools such as IBM BPM, Axon.ivy, Activiti, Bonita, jBPM.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft SharePoint integration.
