Analyst Programmer

About the role

The Analyst Programmer will design, develop, maintain, and enhance application systems while producing comprehensive documentation. You will translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure compliance with AML and MLPP regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather user requirements for systems analysis and design.
• Design application modules based on specifications, incorporating AML processes.
• Develop file structures, interfaces, programs, reports, and backup/recovery procedures.
• Code, compile, and test new or revised programs following SDLC, security, and audit standards.
• Prepare test data, conduct tests, and create test, conversion, and implementation plans.
• Maintain system documentation and manuals.
• Supervise file conversions and provide technical support to users.
• Conduct initial training for trainers and end‑users.
• Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• At least a 4‑year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience developing applications on .NET, Java, JavaScript, Finacle, or Salesforce platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud‑based platforms.
