Analyst Programmer – Data Warehouse & RPA Specialist

About the role

The Analyst Programmer will design, develop, and enhance banking and financial applications, focusing on Data Warehouse solutions and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Working within the SDLC or Agile framework, the role bridges business requirements and technical delivery to improve service quality across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct system analysis and feasibility studies for new DW and RPA initiatives.
• Design architecture, modules, interfaces, and data models for DW, cubes, and reporting services.
• Develop, test, and debug code; perform unit, integration, SIT, and UAT support.
• Maintain and enhance existing DW and RPA solutions, ensuring smooth EOD runs.
• Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and provide first‑level support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT field.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Analyst Programmer, BI Lead, or RPA Lead, preferably in banking solutions.
• Strong background in programming, system analysis, and project delivery.
