AI Trainer

About the role

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an AI Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that enable new hires and existing staff to use AI tools effectively. The role blends hands‑on AI expertise with strong facilitation skills to build onboarding curricula, run workshops, and assess learner readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Design structured onboarding and upskilling curricula covering AI tool usage, prompt engineering, and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Translate evolving AI capabilities into clear, role‑specific training modules and certification checkpoints.
• Facilitate live and self‑paced training sessions, including hands‑on workshops for recruitment, client delivery, and internal operations.
• Coach individuals and small groups to close skill gaps identified through performance reviews.
• Collaborate with third‑party AI vendors and training partners to enrich internal curricula and coordinate vendor‑led sessions.
• Collect and analyze training outcomes (assessment scores, on‑the‑job performance, feedback) to iterate and improve the curriculum.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, learning and development, or a closely related role.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for both in‑person and virtual settings.
• Ability to translate technical AI concepts into actionable content for non‑technical learners.
• Experience creating training materials, assessments, and onboarding programs from scratch.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Communications, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
