Aerial Operator – Suva, Fiji Islands

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aerial Operator to join our team on the Suva site in Fiji. The successful candidate will operate boom lifts, scissor lifts and other aerial work platforms, ensuring safe and efficient execution of construction and maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Operate boom lifts, scissor lifts and similar equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Perform routine inspections, minor repairs and regular maintenance to keep equipment in safe working condition.
• Document equipment usage and work activities accurately.
• Collaborate with site crew to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow all site safety protocols, including fall protection systems.

Required profile

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Aerial Work Platform (AWP) operator certification or training.
• Minimum 12 years of hands‑on experience operating boom lifts, scissor lifts or comparable equipment.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and fall protection.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights.
