Advisor II – B2B Sales

About the role

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will identify and qualify leads, generating sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long‑term relationships with customers

Required profile

• At least 2 years B2B sales experience
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• College undergraduate education
• Self‑motivated with proven ability to work in a target‑based environment
• Knowledge of customer service principles, call‑center telephony and technology
• Excellent phone and active listening skills
• Good data entry and typing skills
• Stress tolerance and resilience
• Excellent organization skills with solid work ethic
• Coachable, positive attitude and team player
• Willing to be part of a Sales Account and work onsite in Makati
