About the role

We are expanding our team to support clients in Australia and the UK. The position is based in our Concepcion, Tarlac office and offers a variety of administrative, marketing and customer‑service responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide general office and administrative support, including document handling and scheduling.
  • Assist customers via voice, email, chat or social media channels.
  • Support eCommerce operations for Shopify or other online stores.
  • Create and manage social‑media campaigns to promote client brands.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calling campaigns as a voice agent.

Required profile

  • Fresh college graduates or candidates with relevant experience.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Concepcion, Tarlac for the long term.
  • Enthusiastic attitude and commitment to professional growth.

Required skills

  • Shopify (eCommerce platform)
