Acquire University Trainer

About the role

The Acquire University Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that develop the competencies of employees, team leaders, and managers across the organization. This role works closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure training initiatives are aligned with business goals and produce measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom and virtual sessions to develop employee competency.
• Review and update course curricula, ensuring relevance and quality.
• Document training activities and provide necessary class records.
• Conduct floor observations and supervisor audits to verify training effectiveness.
• Certify team leaders and managers as coaches and coaching auditors.
• Analyze classroom feedback and post‑training performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Perform training needs analysis, research, and create new initiatives.
• Design instructional materials and revise existing content to meet evolving skill requirements.

Required profile

• Experience facilitating training sessions for adult learners.
• Ability to assess training impact through observation and performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation and curriculum review.
• Proactive approach to identifying performance gaps and proposing action plans.
