Accounts Payable Supervisor – Hospitality & Food & Beverage (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the end‑to‑end AP function for our hospitality and food‑and‑beverage clients. This fully remote position offers autonomy to make payment timing and cash‑flow decisions while serving US‑based customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete AP cycle – from invoice receipt and GL coding to payment execution and reconciliation.
• Accurately process and schedule accruals.
• Make independent payment‑timing decisions based on cash‑flow analysis.
• Serve as the primary contact for vendors and clients, handling disputes, follow‑ups and status updates via email and phone.
• Maintain organized records in QuickBooks Online and flag discrepancies early.
• Collaborate with internal teams and US clients, providing clear and timely updates.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience coding bills to GL accounts and managing accruals within hospitality or food‑and‑beverage environments.
• Proven track record of independently owning the AP function, not merely supporting it.
• Experience prioritising payments during tight cash‑flow periods in fast‑paced restaurant or multi‑location operations.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve billing disputes and communicate professionally with vendors and clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working US business hours across time zones.
