Accounts Payable Analyst – Finance Operations

About the role

Join Acquire BPO as an Accounts Payable Analyst supporting RingCentral’s global finance operations. You will handle vendor invoices, ensure compliance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while working North American hours on a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices for all RingCentral subsidiaries using Concur and NetSuite, maintaining SLA targets.
• Ensure transactions comply with Fixed Asset policies, approval authority, amortization, cost‑center guidelines, and country‑specific rules.
• Identify and implement process improvements by working with requestors, procurement, suppliers, approvers, and GL accounting.
• Collaborate directly with the US executive assistant to ensure accurate and timely expense report submissions.
• Verify vendor accounts through monthly statement reconciliations and support month‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a global shared‑service or BPO finance environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA is a plus.
• Willingness to work North American business hours and a hybrid onsite arrangement (10‑11 days per month in Cubao or Ortigas).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Concur invoice reporting system.
• NetSuite (preferred) or SAP/Oracle ERP platforms.
• Coupa and Auditoria (plus).
• Microsoft Office suite.
