Accounting Treasury Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

Directio is a global IT services company that supports clients in FMCG, retail, automotive and SaaS sectors. We are seeking an Accounting Treasury Specialist for a French client that manufactures glasses and works with opticians. The role focuses on managing payment runs, cash requirements and treasury‑related activities in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and monitor payment runs, ensuring accuracy and timely vendor/employee payments.
• Apply credit notes, pre‑payments and advances to keep vendor and employee balances correct.
• Obtain approvals for payment batches, adjust as needed and upload to the appropriate bank accounts.
• Coordinate cash requirements, payment schedules and bank arrangements with business units.
• Collaborate daily with Accounts Payable, Receivable, Set‑up and General Ledger teams to resolve treasury issues.
• Resolve payment‑related problems by liaising with business units, banks and IT.
• Prepare a check‑monitoring schedule and verify unreleased checks with finance or banks.
• Ensure all scheduled payments are completed before month‑end closing.
• Cleanse supplier and employee data, focusing on bank account accuracy.
• Support project implementations with process insights, data sharing and UAT.
• Assist auditors by gathering required documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in accounts payable or treasury.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, 2 days remote).
• Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably MFG Pro or Oracle.
• Practical experience dealing with banks and basic knowledge of banking products.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google applications.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess and resolve payment issues independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑department collaboration.

• Salary range: PHP 18,000 – 22,000 per month
