Accounting Receivable Specialist (Hybrid after training)

About the role

Directio, a global IT services firm, is looking for an Accounting Receivable Specialist to support its French eyewear client that produces glasses and works with opticians. The specialist will handle end‑to‑end invoicing, payment allocation and reporting, helping the client improve vision‑related product sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create daily sales invoices, recharges, debit and credit notes using either manual tools or automated ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and record daily shipments, linking them to the invoicing process to guarantee that all delivered goods are billed correctly.
• Print, review and dispatch invoices to customers promptly, addressing any discrepancies before they become issues.
• Extract and prepare customer Statements of Account to provide up‑to‑date financial information for reconciliation and inquiry handling.
• Allocate incoming customer payments to the appropriate accounts and match them against specific invoices on a daily basis, maintaining financial accuracy.
• Maintain and update the sales ledger and customer accounts, resolving inconsistencies and keeping records current.
• Prepare month‑end accruals, intercompany netting applications and related reports in line with closing schedules and accounting standards.
• Supply accurate data for Balanced Scorecard reporting, update man‑hour records, and conduct self‑evaluations against performance targets.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general account management.
• Willingness to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, with a hybrid schedule (3 office days / 2 home days) after training.
• Hands‑on experience with AR, AP and GL modules in ERP systems such as Oracle or MFG Pro.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace applications for complex calculations and reporting.
• Strong work habits, time‑management skills and the ability to thrive in a structured, process‑driven environment.

What we offer

• Salary ranging from PHP 18,000 to PHP 22,000 per month.
