Accounting Officer – Onsite (Pampanga)

About the role

VivantVivant is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Officer to join its fast‑growing support team in Pampanga. This onsite role supports a U.S.-based Managed Services Provider, handling billing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting for multi‑location clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting‑related email and phone inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Review projects, tickets, and work orders to ensure accurate client billing.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and enforce company policies.
• Process vendor invoices, coordinate payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and perform account reconciliations.
• Conduct periodic audits to verify billing accuracy and uphold financial integrity.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, billing, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity handling confidential information.
• Experience supporting an international company is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
