Accounting Officer (CPA) – Full‑time in Makati

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team in Makati City. The Accounting Officer will conduct financial analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic advice to improve company performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and recommend actions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Provide strategic financial advice to management and clients.
• Conduct internal audits of financial controls and risk‑management processes.
• Assist clients with tax planning and preparation of tax returns.
• Stay current on changes to accounting standards and tax laws.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis (newly board‑passed candidates are welcome).
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for non‑financial stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
