Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager will support senior leadership in planning, budgeting, and financial control while ensuring that all financial information is accurate, timely, and compliant with legal requirements. This role is based onsite in Makati City and focuses on the retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist management in effective planning, budgeting, and control.
• Review, recommend, and implement policies and procedures to safeguard and maximize resources.
• Communicate reliable financial information to management and provide analysis and proposals.
• Prepare, analyze, and monitor the annual budget.
• Provide periodic financial analysis, comparative reports, and budget updates.
• Ensure compliance with all government and legal requirements for business operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, CPA certification.
• Minimum 5 years experience as an Accounting Manager.
• Experience in a retail setting is a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of planning, budgeting, system creation, and internal controls.
• Background in external or internal audit preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and leadership qualities.
• Highly flexible, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work at the Chino Roces location in Makati City.
