Accounting Manager – Finance Operations Lead

About the role

Marcona Ventures is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead its finance function in Quezon City. This full‑time, on‑site position will oversee budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial analyses, forecasts, and budgets to senior leadership.
• Manage cash flow, monitor financial performance, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to improve processes and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a financial management role, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
