Accounting Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Taguig as an Accounting Intern, supporting the finance team with day‑to‑day accounting tasks while gaining practical experience in a multinational environment. This role offers exposure to accounts payable, receivable and general ledger activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting documents: filing, organizing, scanning, and archiving financial records.
• Process invoices and verify supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate data entry in accounting systems and spreadsheets.
• Monitor invoice and payment status across departments.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and follow up on required documents.
• Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting functions as assigned.
• Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, copying, and document distribution.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
