Accounting Associate

About the role

The Accounting Associate will join the finance team of Toyota Aisin Philippines, supporting the preparation and filing of tax and government reports while ensuring the accuracy of financial data. This position offers an opportunity for recent graduates and early‑career professionals to develop their accounting expertise in a dynamic automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other government‑required financial reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month‑end closing activities.
• Verify data for precision and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with senior accountants to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Knowledge of taxation and government reporting requirements.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in handling financial data.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
