Accounting Associate – Inventory & Admin Support

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Associate to support inventory accounting, fixed‑asset tracking and finance‑administrative tasks. The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely reconciliations and compliance with internal controls, contributing to month‑end closing and audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and prepare inventory reports from Oracle and MFGPro, perform inventory valuation and maintain supporting schedules.
• Reconcile physical inventory counts with system balances and assist with cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Support asset‑tagging initiatives (RFID, barcode), monitor asset movements, and maintain documentation for transfers and disposals.
• Perform finance‑administrative duties such as monitoring spending, maintaining transaction documentation, and preparing audit schedules.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities related to inventory and ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory accounting or finance operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, MFGPro, SAP or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of inventory reconciliation, fixed‑asset accounting and month‑end processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
