Accounting and Finance Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Officer to manage the financial operations of a resort and restaurant business in General Luna, Siargao Island. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and requires immediate onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and government remittances.
• Prepare financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control analyses.
• Support taxation compliance and maintain internal controls.
• Assist with cash‑flow management and financial forecasting.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of accounting and finance experience, preferably in resort, hotel, restaurant, or hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, payroll, cash flow, and internal controls.
• A CPA license or a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
