Accountant III – Finance Position

About the role

The Const. Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP) is seeking a qualified Accountant III to join its Administrative Financial and Management Division. This full‑time position supports the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries and financial statements.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and internal policies.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business Administration major in Accounting or a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Eligibility under RA 1080 (Civil Service eligibility).
• Completion of at least 8 hours of relevant training or continuing education.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and reports.

What we offer

• Salary Grade 19 with a monthly salary of PHP 56,390.00.
