Accountant (Graveyard Shift)

About the role

Dreamland Media Services is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join its growing team on a full‑time graveyard‑shift basis. The role involves managing the complete accounting cycle for both Philippine and U.S. operations while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Record, reconcile and report all financial transactions throughout the accounting cycle.
• Maintain accurate ledgers, financial records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine and U.S. accounting standards, tax laws and company policies.
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting and preparation of management reports.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Perform additional finance‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant experience with both Philippine and U.S. accounting practices.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
