Accountant – Financial Reporting & Tax Specialist

About the role

Clark Outsourcing is looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage financial transactions, ensure accurate record‑keeping, and support the company’s overall financial health. You will prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, handle tax compliance, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, records, and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit‑card transactions, and general‑ledger accounts.
• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Conduct audits and implement internal controls.
• Analyze financial data and recommend cost‑saving and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
