Accountant – Financial Reporting & Tax Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join Clark Outsourcing’s finance team. The role involves managing day‑to‑day financial transactions, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, and supporting the company’s overall financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, records, and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit‑card transactions, and general‑ledger accounts.
• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Conduct audits and implement internal controls.
• Analyze financial data and recommend cost‑saving and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Yardi Voyager, or Xero.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
