Accountant – Construction Experience Required

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Accountant with solid experience in construction accounting to join our finance team. The role involves managing financial records, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost allocations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Ensure compliance with BIR tax requirements and other statutory regulations.
• Assist with internal and external audits and perform financial analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Preferably a CPA, though not mandatory.
• Extensive experience in construction accounting (as stated, 58 years).
• Strong knowledge of project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with BIR compliance and government regulations.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and trustworthy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
