Accountant – Construction Experience Required

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Accountant with strong construction experience to join our finance team in Valenzuela City. The role involves managing financial records, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
• Monitor project costs and budgets.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
• Assist in audits and financial analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Preferably CPA (not mandatory).
• Extensive experience in construction accounting (as stated, at least 58 years).
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and trustworthy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
