About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Accountant 1 to join its finance team in Taguig, Philippines. The role supports general accounting functions, budget analysis, and financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Support accounting activities for disbursements, expenses, tax payments, income, financial and cost accounting.
- Assist in monthly analysis and reconciliation of balance‑sheet accounts, prepare reports and verify accuracy.
- Compile spending data for existing contracts and perform daily and monthly ledger transactions.
- Investigate accounting issues where procedures are unclear and aid automation of reporting processes.
- Develop simple reports and analyze specific accounts as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 1‑2 years of work experience in accounting or finance.
